At first sight, the place doesn't seem like anything special but as soon as you're greeted by the owner, it's an entirely different story. I took my wife and my daughter here for lunch and the staff, including the owner, were so warm and friendly. I ordered a cheeseburger and the chili was recommended. "Iit's award winning", I was told. I thought to myself, why not? I'm glad I did. The fries and burger, with chili, were delicious! One of the ladies behind the counter came over to give us our food and even held my toddler and talked to us for a couple minutes. She was so friendly. I would recommend this place 100 times out of 100 if you're ever near the area. Heck, it's even worth going out of your way to try the food here. Excellent!
I've lived all over the country and had Texan in laws so when I tell you this was THE best brisket, sides, and such a fabulous surprise please listen! Friendly salt of the earth staff, real wood grills and smokers outside, literally taste the love. Don't let the size and location stop you....go again and again!
We went at 6:30pm. There was no wait and the food came out quick. The food is great. I had the pork burnt ends, slaw,and beans. My wife has the chicken and loved it.
Not only was the guy running the register the sweetest man, but the barbecue sandwich with coleslaw was just what I needed for lunch today. It's delicious, cozy, filling, and the perfect little lunch spot. Highly recommend!
If you're visiting the area this is a must try! The owner is awesome and the food is amazing. Best burgers and bbq sandwiches in town. Our first time here and we will definitely be coming back! - No pictures because we started eating as soon as it was sat down. It was just that good!

This is the real deal for burgers and bbq. You know you are in the right place as soon as you pull in and catch a whiff of the smoke. The brisket and collards greens are best ever! Price is right and portions are healthy. I would have rated a 5 if they accepted credit. Cash only
AMAZING FIND! Cooked fresh and fantastic food. Was busy with locals in off season but 100% worth the wait. Will be back!
